On August 18th, 2023, a momentous occasion unfolded as Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed inaugurated the highly anticipated Ministry of Water and Energy (MoWE) Exhibition at the Science Museum in Addis Ababa. This prestigious event garnered even more significance as it witnessed the esteemed presence of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE, who graced the inauguration ceremony with his distinguished presence.
Under the resounding banner of “Our Water Resources for Prosperity,” the exhibition set out on a noble mission to showcase the water resources of Ethiopia and shed light on both implemented and ongoing water-related projects, as well as remarkable technological advancements that promote the sustainable utilization of these vital resources.
