Today, MS Consultancy staff gathered in the office to bid farewell to two of our cherished colleagues, Mr. Girma Siyoum, who is retiring, and Ms. Hana Gebeyehu, who is moving on to new adventures. The event was a bittersweet occasion, filled with heartfelt speeches, shared memories, and a delicious lunch that brought all staff together.
The dining hall was transformed into a warm and inviting space, with a beautiful traditional coffee ceremony set-up, and a “Good Luck” banner that captured the essence of the day.
The highlight of the event was the series of speeches given by team members. The managing director kicked things off with a touching tribute, highlighting both Mr. Girma and Ms. Hanna’s contributions and the positive impact they had on the team. This was followed by colleagues sharing personal anecdotes and expressing their gratitude. There were moments of laughter and a few tears, but most importantly, there was a genuine sense of camaraderie and appreciation.
As a token of our appreciation, the team presented both colleagues with gifts and a collection of handwritten notes from each team member. Today’s luncheon was a perfect send-off, celebrating the past while looking forward to new beginnings.
